NAND Flash Price tracking methodology is as follows: 1) High spot is defined as Samsung's 90nm SLC for 1Gb/2Gb, and Samsung's 70nm SLC for 4Gb/8Gb/16Gb; and 2) Low spot is defined as Hynix's 90nm SLC for 1Gb/2Gb, Micron's 50nm SLC for 4Gb, and Samsung's 60nm MLC for 8Gb/16Gb. MMC-Mobile prices are based on Samsung's SLC while SD prices are based on Hynix's MLC. DRAM Price tracking methodology is as follows: 1) High spot is defined as tier-1 manufacturer brand prices; and 2) Low spot is defined as tier-2 manufacturer utt/ett prices.
